The Univer(Soul) Respiratory Steam *Sample Size* (0.5 oz)

1. First, boil 4-5 cups of water. (Please do not use sink water, & use fresh clean water!)
2. Next, add 1-3 tablespoons of your herbs in a large glass, steel, or ceramic bowl. (Would not recommend using a plastic bowl.)
3. Once water is heated, give it a minute or two to cool down, then pour it into your bowl of fresh herbs.
4. Then, close your eyes . Hovering your face over the bowl (not too close though, since the steam is hot!) with a large towel draping over your head, & the bowl. Creating a type of steam-tent for your face!
5. Lastly, inhale the powerful & beautiful herbal blend as long as needed, but make sure to take mini breaks inbetween. Enjoy!
6. Repeat every 2-3 hours, or as needed, throughout the day for optimized results.

After a steam inhalation, it is advisable to stay in a warm room for 15 minutes to allow the airways to adjust and any congestion to clear.

Side Note: Once you're done steaming your herbs, you can save them to reuse for the next day as well. Just make sure you store them in a tight-sealed glass container, placed in a cool, shady area away from light. (They will be somewhat less potent, but still effective!)

-This herbal steam is not suitable for children younger than 12 years old for inhalation, but there is still a way for them to get the relief if needed!

1. First, follow the same steps for setting up the respiratory steam in the tab above.
2. Once the steaming bowl of fresh herbs is ready, you can simply place the bowl in you're child's room (not too close to the child's bed as the vapor is strong) with doors/windows closed, & you're done!
3. The relieving & healing vapors of the herbal steam will encompass their room. Enjoy!

Refunds/exchanges are accepted. Only unopened items are accepted in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase. After the 10 days has pass from set purchase date, we can no longer offer you a refund, or an exchange.

 

Once the unopened item is returned, we will examine the product. After examination, if you are entitled to a refund, we will automatically refund your purchase price to your original method of payment.

 

Refunds do not include any shipping & handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping chargers for all returns must be prepaid & insured by you.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment for returns/exchanges. We do not guarantee that we will recieve your returned item. Shipping & handling charges are not-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not inculde the cost of shipping.
